...most of all me. My power cord died, and thanks to Apple Care, they just swapped out a new one. First problem of 2011: solved. If only they will all be this easy!

What's not to love.
Our son is a Genius at the Minnetonka store. He convinced us to switch to Apple products and we haven't looked back.
I know I'm always happy when I'm there.
