Clark bought a laser pointer, and while I knew cats chased them, I really didn't expect the level of involvement our dog has given it. I fear we're making him neurotic, because when he walks into a room, he starts looking around as if to say, "I know that thing is in the house somewhere!" We are all rolling in the floor at this dog, and he is tireless. It's his new favorite thing, and it's given us some needed lightheartedness.

Pets are not my life, I swear
But at the risk of seeming like I have no life outside my dog...I am nonetheless posting this shot, because it is representative of a new form of entertainment we have discovered this weekend. Clark bought a laser pointer, and while I knew cats chased them, I really didn't expect the level of involvement our dog has given it. I fear we're making him neurotic, because when he walks into a room, he starts looking around as if to say, "I know that thing is in the house somewhere!" We are all rolling in the floor at this dog, and he is tireless. It's his new favorite thing, and it's given us some needed lightheartedness.

I love dogs! Zeus sounds fun. Zach will chase laser pointers all day given the chance. He also likes to chase ground hogs in the yard and really anything else that moves.
Angel(our 2 yr lab/chow mix) chases any and everything! She would go nuts if there were a pointer in the room. I love how you caught him just about to jump.

Dogs are great entertainment. They are like toddlers. Who needs a TV when you can watch them?
