Hey, most of those ingredients look like they came from my cupboard! I was happy to discover Redmond salt last year. I don't have a good biscuit recipe, though (hint, hint).
Um, I use the Southern Living biscuit recipe. Except I use whole wheat pastry flour rather than all-purpose. And except I usually throw in some bacon grease in for part of the shortening. But other than that....I just use a standard recipe: sift 1 t salt and 1 T baking powder into 2 c flour. Cut in 1/3 c (or so) shortening. Add milk to get it to the right consistency and roll out gently being sure not to overwork the dough. Or at least, that's how I remember the recipe...let me know if it works for you!
