Visiting Bob

Today I stole a few minutes from my daily running around to stop at the grave of my brother, Bob. May he rest in peace.

These are really beautiful shots. I love the detail and angle on both of them.

Wow. I din't know you had lost a brother. I guess I'm a few decades too late, but I'm sad for you.
But, the shots are good. I think it was worth giving up your running for.

Beautiful pictures, Beth.

This sounds oddly curious, but I've wondered before where he was buried. I guess I should have assumed it was close by, since you're family is from that area. But I think about people who move away from their loved-ones graves, how strange that must feel, to "leave them behind"...I'm glad you are able to go there, (((Beth))).

A nice tribute to Bob. I especially like the yellow of the flowers. They do speak "rest" and "hope".

So much emotion in these. Wonderful angle on the date and the flower is beautiful and peaceful.

I especially liked the one of the daffodil. The whole post is poignant.
