Whole Food still life

I love the time of day when the groceries are bought, unloaded and put away. The possibilities, the choices, are inviting. Everything's fresh and appetizing. Looking at a full fruit basket is one of life's simple pleasures.

I always feel wealthy with a full pantry and fridge. Beautiful still life!

Very pretty colors, I took a picture at the store tonight because the fruit looked so good. I like how your basket is overflowing.

I wholeheartedly agree with you here. A bounty of fresh fruit is so fulfilling. Nice picture!

Good composition. I like the way the angle of the basket leads your eye back. What is the dark fruit or handle at the top on the right? It adds good color balance.

You've got some really beautiful shots! I don't know which one is my favoite - the moon shot is breathtaking and I really love your self-portrait shot, too! I love the snowwoman with all the grass rolled in and the picture of your lightpost, too.

My kids LOVE it when I come home from shopping for the very same reasons your picture shows - the beautiful colors and textures and possibilities...

The dark fruits are plums. Thanks for the comments....I took about 30 shots with different variables, and never did find one that was just great, but I guess it will do.
